Original postage is non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. As our mailing bags are compostable and reusable, please reuse them where possible.We recommend sending returns via tracked postage, as Lincoln Surf is not responsible for lost or missing parcels.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by your original invoice.
You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit when goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from what was shown online, or not fit for purpose.
